[Saba Sports News] Recent reports from Brazilian
media reveal that Marco de Moraes Cafu, the legendary Brazilian football star,
is burdened with a debt of nearly 4 million euros to the bank. To settle this
debt, Cafu is in urgent need of selling his property, which is a lavish mansion
located in a wealthy area of Brazil. The market value of the mansion exceeds 7
million euros. However, if the sale cannot be completed promptly, the mansion
may be auctioned off at a significantly reduced price to settle the outstanding
debts. Cafu, who had a distinguished football career, began his journey in the
youth training of the Brazilian Sao Paulo Club and went on to play for renowned
clubs such as Roma and AC Milan. Most of his achievements come from
representing the Brazilian national team, including winning two World Cups, two
Copa America titles, and a Confederations Cup. He holds the record for the most
international appearances for the Brazilian national team, with 143 caps. In
terms of individual accolades, Cafu was named South American Football Player of
the Year in 1994 and was twice selected for the UEFA Team of the Year in 2004
and 2005.
