[Saba Sports News] Recently, at a Christie’s auction event in Geneva, Switzerland, two watches once owned by legendary F1 driver Michael Schumacher were auctioned for over 2 million US dollars, attracting onlookers’ attention. These two watches are custom-made versions specially crafted for Schumacher by a watch manufacturer. They feature unique designs, with customized dials engraved with the Ferrari badge and seven V’s, symbolizing Schumacher’s seven F1 world championship titles, along with his helmet. Schumacher, a legendary F1 driver, suffered a severe accident while skiing in France on December 29, 2013, resulting in severe brain damage. Despite ongoing rehabilitation efforts, Schumacher’s current physical condition remains undisclosed to the public. The proceeds from the auction will contribute to Schumacher’s medical treatment, primarily supported by his wife, who has provided unwavering care and assembled an advanced medical team to monitor his condition around the clock for several years.
