[Saba Sports News] The F1 Canadian Grand Prix is set to take place on June 9 at the Villeneuve Circuit, which has been in use since 2002. The race will consist of 70 laps. One of the focal points of this event is whether the Sauber team can finally score points, as they are currently the only team without any points. The Villeneuve Circuit presents an opportunity for Sauber as its complex curves and track layout often lead to changes in rankings. However, Sauber’s cars have mostly managed to hover around the 14th position or higher, so they may require some luck to secure points. The unsatisfactory performance of the Sauber team can be attributed to not only their drivers but also issues with the car itself. The team’s car faced initial struggles this season, with both drivers mentioning problems related to top speed and tire temperature, which affected their race performance. Consequently, the team needs to put in more effort to improve their performance in upcoming races and strive for more points.
