[Saba Sports News] According to the latest news from US media, Marco Reus, who has announced his departure from Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga, is expected to play in the Major League Soccer in the future. This is because after the recent Champions League final, the top management of the Los Angeles Galaxy had discussions with Marco Reus’ agent, and Reus has shown interest in playing for the team. As of June 2024, Reus has been with Dortmund for 12 years. During his time at Dortmund, he made a total of 429 appearances, leading the team to win two DFB Cup championships and three DFL Super Cup championships. He has also personally won the Bundesliga Player of the Season award twice. The editor believes that Reus is not considering retirement at this point and will continue playing at a high level for at least one or two more years before considering retirement. The MLS would be a suitable destination for him, offering not only a platform to maintain his skill level but also a chance to earn a substantial salary. Additionally, his presence in the MLS would increase the league’s popularity, making it a win-win situation.
