[Saba Sports News] According to British media reports, the team led by James Ratcliffe will implement further reforms within Manchester United this summer, including changes in restaurant arrangements. Starting this summer, employees not directly involved with the team will no longer be able to eat in the main restaurant at the training ground. These employees will be relocated to a separate dining area, meaning they won’t have the opportunity to enjoy high-quality meals with the players. The decision to have employees eat separately may also be a cost-saving measure, although the affected employees will still receive healthy meals. Previously, Manchester United employees expressed dissatisfaction when they saw players attending the FA Cup championship celebration party, as many of them were unable to attend. The club has also cut several employee benefits during the FA Cup final. Critics argue that this move will further alienate regular staff from United players, while some within Old Trafford support the change, stating that some employees have become unnecessary distractions and too dependent on players.
