[Saba Sports News] Ahead of their first match against Serbia, England, touted as favorites to win the European Championship, are ensuring they have the best training conditions. According to British media reports, the Football Association (FA) has spent several months carefully replicating the turf from Wembley Stadium and transporting it to the team’s training base. The European Championship venue is situated in the town of Blankenhain, East Germany. The FA, along with sports equipment supplier “Harrod Sport,” has gone to great lengths to replicate the same playing surface as Wembley. Additionally, a range of facilities, including goal frames, have been installed to provide England’s international players and coaches with a familiar training environment. Kevin Utton, the sports sales director of “Harrod Sport,” commented: “We can say that we are also a part of this event. We have met England’s requirements, and they will be utilizing our equipment in Germany.” Reports indicate that “Harrod Sport” performed similar work when England was stationed in Baden-Baden during the previous European Championship held in Germany.
