(sabasports report) AC Milan still haven’t given up on making a move for Bologna striker Joshua Zirkzee, according to transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio. Milan are in need of a striker this summer to replace departing veteran Olivier Giroud and see Zilkzer as a prime target up front.

Milan were willing to pay the full €40m severance fee, but the transfer was blocked when his agent Kia Joorabchian demanded a hefty €15m commission. However, Di Mazzio revealed that Milan have not given up on the deal, are still trying to continue negotiations with their agents and are not turning their attention to other strikers.
Bologna would like Zilkzer to stay next season, but Milan’s persistence and progress in negotiations is worth watching.
