(sabasports report)Former Spain international Santi Cazorla has signed a contract extension with Real Oviedo

Former Spain international and Arsenal winger Santi Cazorla, 39, is set to extend his contract with Real Oviedo until June 2025, according to radio Corbe.
Cazorla, who left Xade on a free transfer last summer to return to mother club Real Oviedo, has made 25 appearances in the Western Second League this season, starting 10 of them and providing four assists. Despite Real Oviedo’s unfortunate loss to Espanyol in the final of the promotion play-off that denied them a return to La Liga, Cazorla opted to extend his career by signing a new contract with the club.
An outstanding midfielder, Cazorla was a key player during his time at Arsenal. Despite his age, he still has excellent skills and ball-handling skills, and he is sure to contribute to Real Oviedo in the next two seasons.
