[Saba Sports News] According to Spanish media reports, Real Madrid Chairman Florentino Perez has informed those close to him that he is considering running for the position of Real Madrid Chairman in 2025, which could be his last year in charge of the club. There have been discussions within Real Madrid regarding Florentino’s retirement in recent years, taking into account factors such as his age and physical condition. Currently, he appears to be in good health and eager to face future challenges. Reports suggest that Florentino aims to secure the venue for the 2030 World Cup final, hoping that the Bernabeu will host the final for the second time since 1982. While the renovation of the Bernabeu is complete, there are still some details that need to be addressed. Florentino envisions the Bernabeu being operational every day once completed, generating millions of euros in revenue annually. Challenges such as the European Super League and the expansion of the Sports City still lie ahead for Florentino. If he continues to lead Real Madrid for another four years, his tenure as president will reach 25 years.
