(SabaSports) Atletico Madrid have successfully registered their new signing Julian Alvarez, according to La Liga officials.
La Liga posted a photo of Alvarez on its official social media account, accompanied by a spider emoji, to mark that Alvarez has officially become an Atletico member. Atletico bought the Argentine striker from Manchester City at a high price in the summer and have promised to complete his registration in time for the upcoming first leg of La Liga against Villarreal.
Speaking at the unveiling ceremony, Alvarez said: “I am very happy and excited. From the first moment I felt the love of the Atletico fans.”
