[Saba Sports News] Recently, Vitor Roque spoke to the media about the difficulties he encountered in Barcelona. Roque stated: “Overall, the situation in Barcelona was quite complicated. I thought things would be different. I had some opportunities, but not as I had imagined. Now, I’m focusing on Real Betis, and I thank God for giving me the chance to return to the U20 national team and wear the Brazil jersey again.” Roque admitted that his challenging experience in Barcelona had a significant impact on him and mentioned that he has the help of a mental coach. He added: “I’ve always been open to psychological guidance. I’ve had a mental coach since I was 16, and he has helped me through some tough times. Life in Europe is tough. I left home at a young age and immediately joined a big club. Sometimes I find it hard to keep my head clear. I try to adjust my mindset as much as possible, but it’s really difficult at times. Now, I feel at peace, which is the most important thing.”
