[Saba Sports News] In a recent UEFA Nations League match, Switzerland lost 0-2 to Denmark. During the match, Granit Xhaka became furious about a goal scored by Patrick Dorgu, believing that it should have been disallowed due to a prior foul by Breel Embolo. Xhaka loudly protested to the referee and got into a confrontation with several Danish players, for which he received a yellow card. Five minutes later, Xhaka was sent off after a reckless tackle on Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, receiving his second yellow card. Danish defender Joachim Andersen commented: “Xhaka is a top player, but sometimes he can be a bit nasty. We all know him—he occasionally loses his temper on the pitch. Over the years, he’s gotten better at keeping calm, but today he lost it a bit.” That being said, fans familiar with Xhaka probably weren’t surprised by this. What’s your take on it?
