[Saba Sports News] David James suggested in his recent interview that Emiliano Martinez would be a perfect fit for the current Arsenal team.

“It’s interesting that when we look at Premier League goalkeepers in recent years, there haven’t been many personalities,” James says. Before that, for whatever reason, there were more individual goalkeepers in the league.
He continued: “Damien Martinez is such a character, everything about him is full of character. He is a player who can play on the big stage and wants to play in the biggest games.”
“We can look at what David Raya and Aaron Ramsdale have done at Arsenal. Martnez left Arsenal because there was Bernd Leno, who was a very good goalkeeper.
In the end, James concluded: “I think Martnez will fit in very well with this Arsenal team at the moment. He’s a beast. It’s strange that there don’t seem to be too many goalkeepers in the Premier League right now who are in the limelight.”
