Basketball star LeBron James will serve as honorary co-chair, alongside music producer Pharrell Williams, actor Colman Domingo, rapper ASAP Rocky, and F1 driver Lewis Hamilton, who will join Vogue editor Anna Wintour as honorary co-chairs of the 2025 Met Gala. Vogue and the Metropolitan Museum of Art also announced that the theme for next year’s Costume Institute Spring Exhibition will be “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.” Regarding Hamilton’s selection, Anna Wintour noted that he has consistently navigated events like the Met Gala and the British Fashion Awards with ease over the years, choosing unique creative looks and staying at the forefront of fashion trends.
