Sports News] According to British media reports, the domestic violence charges
against Dane Rashford, the brother and agent of Manchester United star Marcus
Rashford, have been dismissed. Last year, Dane Rashford faced domestic violence
charges after being arrested in Miami in October 2023 on a misdemeanor assault
charge. He spent two nights in a shared cell at the Miami-Dade County Jail
before being released on a $1,500 bail, paid by his sister. However, recent
reports indicate that Dane Rashford’s charges have been dismissed. His lawyer,
Alex Spiro, issued a statement clarifying the situation: “There have been
many reports regarding Dane Rashford’s arrest in Florida last year. We make it
clear that the charges were quickly dismissed, and Mr. Rashford did not even
have to appear in court. Both he and his partner are relieved that the
misunderstanding between them is now resolved.” This is undoubtedly
positive news for the Rashford family.
