[Saba Sports News] Mick Schumacher, son of F1 legend Michael Schumacher, updated his social media, seemingly hinting that his F1 dreams may have come to an end. Mick stated that life does not always go as planned, and setbacks can be difficult to face. However, each challenge is an opportunity for learning and growth, making you stronger upon your return. He mentioned this is just a chapter, not the whole story, and that the journey continues. Although Mick did not specify any concrete plans for his future in his post, with Finnish driver Valtteri Bottas set to become a reserve driver for the Mercedes F1 team in 2025, Mick may effectively leave the F1 scene altogether. In fact, 2025 will be the last season Mick will race in the current generation of ground-effect cars, as new regulations will come into effect in 2026. In 2026, all ten teams will use a new generation of cars, which are different from those Mick is familiar with, meaning his experience with Haas and Mercedes will no longer be an advantage.
