[Saba Sports News] Earlier, the Premier League match between Everton and Liverpool was postponed due to stormy weather. According to British media, a 15-year-old Everton fan has spent £1,500 to fly from Australia to the UK to watch this match. Mackenzie Kinsella, from Australia, has been a die-hard Everton fan since childhood, influenced by his mother. With Everton set to move to a new stadium next season, Mackenzie hoped to watch the last Merseyside Derby at Goodison Park in person. However, Mackenzie’s mother told him that the family could not afford this expense. Undeterred, Mackenzie saved up his own money, spending all his savings of £1,500 to fly to the UK to watch the matches against Wolves and Liverpool. In the first match, Everton won 4-0 against Wolves, and Mackenzie was dubbed the team’s “lucky charm” by fans. However, with the postponement of the Everton vs. Liverpool match, it seems Mackenzie’s dream may be dashed.
