Pang Wei Sin, a well-known coach in Indonesia, has extensive experience and remarkable achievements in badminton coaching. He spent 31 years coaching with the Indonesian Badminton Association, training multiple Olympic gold medal men’s doubles teams. He has had a profound impact on Indonesian badminton and is one of the key promoters of men’s doubles. Currently, both the Badminton Association of Malaysia and the Chinese national badminton team have extended coaching invitations to Pang Wei Sin. Malaysia wants him to serve as the head coach for the men’s doubles team, while the Chinese badminton team has offered him a salary three times higher to be the assistant coach for the men’s doubles.
