He spent 31 years coaching with the Indonesian Badminton Association, training multiple Olympic gold medal men’s doubles teams. He has had a profound impact on Indonesian badminton and is one of the key promoters of men’s doubles. Currently, both the Badminton Association of Malaysia and the Chinese national badminton team have extended coaching invitations to Pang Wei Sin.
