[Saba Sports News] The International Automobile Federation (FIA) recently announced that the total revenue from high fines in 2024 will amount to 280,000. Since the FIA is not profit−oriented, these funds will be used for future talent development and enhancing safety measures in motorsport. The FIA will allocate part of the fine revenue to improve the safety of motorsport, including enhancing racing equipment and strengthening tracks safety facilities. Additionally, part of the revenue will support grassroots motorsport, including providing financial support, training for drivers and coaches, and hosting events. Beyond these uses, the 2024 high fines revenue will provide additional support for the FIA′s annual investment of over 10 million in grassroots motorsport and road safety programs, further strengthening its efforts in motorsport safety and sustainable development. This reflects the FIA’s commitment to enhancing motorsport safety, supporting grassroots motorsport development, and conducting anti-abuse initiatives. These measures will help promote the healthy development of motorsport, creating a safer, fairer, and more engaging competition environment for drivers and spectators.
