According to Autosport, Cullen has joined Hamilton’s Project 44 company as a physiotherapist and will be part of the performance team supervised by race director Marc Hynes, starting a new chapter in Hamilton’s F1 career with Ferrari. Records show that Cullen became Hamilton’s physiotherapist and assistant as early as 2016. Over time, she became not only Hamilton’s driver but also a close friend. However, after the first race of the 2023 season, Hamilton parted ways with Cullen, who then went on to work with New Zealand driver Marcus Armstrong in IndyCar. Since announcing his move to Ferrari at the beginning of 2024, Hamilton’s Project 44 company has hired several key figures in various fields to help manage his career, with Cullen being one of them.
