[Saba Sports News] According to Spanish media, Barcelona holds a 20% share of Jean-Clair Todibo’s future transfer fee, which has led them to monitor Juventus’s potential interest in signing him. Recent reports suggest that Juventus, looking to bolster their defense, is keeping an eye on Todibo. Previously, Todibo struggled to establish himself at Barcelona, needing to compete with several experienced center-backs who had long been at the club. After several loan spells, Todibo regained his form at Nice in France, feeling important once again. Last summer, Todibo was loaned from Nice to West Ham, who have a mandatory buy clause set at around €40 million, while Barcelona retains 20% of any future transfer fee. It is currently unclear if West Ham is willing to let Todibo go in the winter transfer window, but whether Todibo is bought by West Ham or joins Juventus or another team, Barcelona will receive a share of the transfer fee. They are closely monitoring the latest developments regarding Juventus’s interest in Todibo. So far this season, Todibo has made 17 appearances for West Ham, including 10 starts.
