Sports News] According to reports from Spanish media, Barcelona have received a
bonus of 7.3 million euros for their participation in the Spanish Super Cup
after defeating Osasuna in the semi-finals. Additionally, they will receive an
additional bonus of 500,000 euros if they win the championship. The participation
bonus for Barcelona in the Spanish Super Cup is reported to be 6 million euros,
which is the same as Real Madrid’s. Furthermore, all four participating teams
will receive 300,000 euros from the Spanish Football Federation to cover their
travel and accommodation expenses in Saudi Arabia, where the tournament is
held. Following their advancement to the Spanish Super Cup final, Barcelona
received an additional 1 million euros in bonuses. As of now, Barcelona have
received a total of 7.3 million euros in bonuses from the Spanish Super Cup.
This amount could increase if they win the championship, as the first-place
team will receive an additional 500,000 euros. In summary, Barcelona are
expected to take home 7.8 million euros from their participation in the
tournament, which is undoubtedly positive news for a club facing financial
difficulties.
