[Saba Sports News] The new F1 season is approaching, with a total of 24 grand prix events this season. The tight schedule has left Red Bull driver Verstappen feeling uncomfortable. Recently, when speaking to the media, he once again complained about the tight schedule, stating, “There are too many races, and we are constantly traveling.” He believes that such a frequent schedule places extreme demands on the physical stamina of drivers, team personnel, and race officials. In my opinion, drivers are also ordinary people; they need time to be with their families and handle personal matters. An overly tight schedule keeps them on the move for almost the entire year between different venues, making it impossible for them to maintain long-term relationships with their families. This has a negative impact on the personal lives and family relationships of the drivers. While F1 should pursue commercial interests and event development, it should also pay attention to the physical and mental health of drivers, teams, and staff, as well as the quality and sustainability of the races, finding a balance.
