[Saba Sports News] According to Italian media reports, there are still some disagreements regarding the joint acquisition plan of AC Milan and Inter Milan for the San Siro and its surrounding areas. On Monday afternoon, at the request of Milan’s Mayor Giuseppe Sala, representatives from both clubs met at the city government to discuss the acquisition plan for the San Siro stadium and its surroundings. Currently, the Milan city government has agreed to sell the stadium and surrounding areas, but both clubs have yet to submit updated feasibility documents for the acquisition. Reports indicate that there is a significant disagreement between the two clubs regarding what compensation would be given if one of them withdraws from the acquisition and new stadium project. Currently, RedBird Capital and Oak Tree Capital are negotiating this issue, hoping to reach an agreement. AC Milan and Inter Milan have requested more time, and Mayor Sala has agreed to this request. It is reported that another summit will be held on Wednesday afternoon.
