[Saba Sports News] Recently, badminton Olympic champion Lin Dan shared a video titled “A Day in the Life of Retired Dan as an Accompaniment Dad in Spain,” documenting his 8-year-old son’s life learning to play tennis in Spain, which sparked heated discussions. In the video, Lin Dan responded that his son came to Spain just to learn tennis, and both he and his son will not change their nationality. The child is only 8 years old now and needs the company and encouragement of his parents. He hopes that his son can learn in an environment more suitable for him, to practice tennis simply and happily, and pursue what he wants to pursue. Lin Dan also revealed that he has a lot of work to do in China, so he needs to run between the two places. Although it’s very tiring, everything is worth it for his son’s future. According to Lin Dan, the tennis school his son attends is the “G-TENNIS Tennis Club” in Valencia, not the rumored “Rafael Nadal School” in Spain. The reason for choosing this club is that it cooperates with a local bilingual school, and his son needs to take cultural courses and also consider school registration issues. Lin Dan also disclosed the club’s fee standards: group lessons are 550 euros per month, and private lessons are 50 euros per hour. Lin Dan jokingly said he can still afford these fees.
