[Saba Sports News] Renowned IMSA racer Dirk Muller recently revealed in an interview with the media that he is working with Mick Schumacher to help him secure a return to F1, targeting the Cadillac team as the potential new entrant in the 2026 F1 season. Muller has spent many years racing in the U.S., building extensive connections that could potentially aid Schumacher in securing a spot with Cadillac next year. Cadillac is currently evaluating various drivers, and Schumacher is one of the candidates being considered. Since joining F1 in 2021, Schumacher’s performance at Haas has been lackluster, but he gained valuable experience. After leaving F1, he transitioned to endurance racing, where he achieved some success with Alpine in WEC, such as finishing third at Imilia Romagna and Spa, also ranking fifth in the driver standings. This helped refine his driving skills and maturity.
