Flamengo won 3-1 over Chelsea in the second group stage of the Club World Cup, which made Flamengo shine on social media. The club also joined the mockery by calling Chelsea a “team as small as an insect”. Flamengo’s official account posted a series of contents aimed at their opponents, including a string of insect emojis to express their view that the opponent was as small as these tiny insects. However, not all posts have been retained; one satirical picture modified Chelsea’s crest, replacing the lion with the protagonist from Disney’s animated movie A Bug’s Life, and renamed it “Bug’s Life”, was removed due to controversy.
