[Saba Sports News] Since leaving the F1 grid, Finnish veteran Valtteri Bottas has been searching for a return opportunity. He is seen as a potential new driver for the upcoming Cadillac team. However, there are still other free F1 drivers competing for the spot, with former Red Bull driver Sergio Perez being a strong candidate. The first experienced driver for the new team is likely to come from among these two. Recently, Bottas posted a video on social media showing his encounter with a new Cadillac SUV. In the video, he touched the driver’s seat and said, “What a comfortable seat.” He then specifically noted, “Both seats look empty.” When someone off-camera invited him to sit down, he replied, “Not yet.” This direct hint is seen as a clear signal of his interest in joining the team. Bottas has extensive F1 experience, having driven for several teams and achieved good results. However, after leaving Sauber, he is eager to prove himself again on the F1 track. For Cadillac, which is entering F1, there is much work to be done, and this presents Bottas with a new challenge and opportunity. He can use his experience to help the team grow and potentially achieve new goals in F1.
