[Saba Sports News] According to the latest reports from Italian media, the Lombardy Administrative Court has rejected the appeal regarding the sale of San Siro stadium. This means that Inter and AC Milan can continue their plans to purchase San Siro and its surrounding areas. According to the court’s decision, no reasonable grounds were found to support the applicants’ case. Additionally, the court questioned the identity and legitimacy of the appellants, pointing out that some of the application materials contained “unclear litigation subjects.” Furthermore, the court stated that decisions regarding cultural protection restrictions fall under technical discretion, which is within the jurisdiction of regulatory authorities, and the administrative court cannot intervene unless there are clear legal violations. If there are no further judicial obstacles, the City of Milan plans to sell San Siro to both clubs by July 31st, with an estimated price of 197 million euros set by the Italian Revenue Agency.
