[Saba Sports News] Recently, four-time F1 world champion Sebastian Vettel officially announced that his driving career has come to an end. The German driver, who once achieved great success at Red Bull, emphasized that it’s now time to give opportunities to younger drivers. In recent years, there have been constant rumors about Vettel possibly returning to F1, especially after Lewis Hamilton’s announcement of joining Ferrari, where he was considered a potential replacement for Mercedes. Previously, Red Bull advisor Helmut Marco revealed that Vettel frequently asked about the possibility of replacing Sergio Perez. However, these ideas never materialized. Now, Vettel has officially denied the possibility of returning to F1. However, he may return to F1 in another role — as part of Red Bull’s core management team. According to him, he has already discussed the possibility of taking over the position of Red Bull’s racing advisor. At 82 years old, Marco welcomed the idea, calling Vettel the ideal candidate to succeed him, though he said it’s not the right time yet because he hasn’t decided to retire.
