[Saba Sports News] According to Spanish media, the prosecution has accused Real Madrid defender Raul Asencio of violating the privacy of two girls and is seeking a two-and-a-half-year prison sentence for him. The prosecutor charged Asencio with two counts of privacy violation against the two victims. In addition to his sentence, they are demanding four years and seven months in prison for three of his former teammates, who are also accused of distributing child pornography, as one of the girls was a minor. The prosecution’s indictment states that Asencio’s three former teammates engaged in consensual sexual acts with the two girls in a private room at a hotel in the Canary Islands. They recorded the encounters and shared the videos with third parties without consent. At the time of the incident, one girl was 18 years old, while the other was 16. Asencio’s case differs because he did not participate in the sexual acts. He merely requested the video to show a friend and deleted it immediately afterward. However, the prosecution insists that his actions should not go unpunished and warrant criminal penalties-though his sentence should be less severe than those of the other three defendants.
