[Saba Sports News] According to British media reports, in a bid to win the league title, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has implemented a strict rule: all players must gather at the training ground before both home and away matches and travel together on the team bus to the stadium or destination. The report states this move aims to foster the team spirit required for a title challenge. Arteta’s attention to detail is extreme; he believes that to win this season, every player must be in sync. He even observes players’ body language and their interactions with teammates before games. Unlike other London clubs that allow players to drive themselves to the stadium, Arteta’s rule has led most players to opt for all-day taxi charters. Drivers drop the players at the training ground, return to pick up their families to take them to the stadium, and then take the players home after the match. Reportedly, this service costs between £700 and £1000 per day. Over a full season, a player could spend over £20,000 as a result. It is understood that Arteta has relaxed some rules in the past, but this led to former captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang being late for a North London derby. Now, the manager is determined to ensure everyone maintains discipline.
