[Saba Sports News] According to Italian media reports, Juventus is once again under formal investigation by UEFA for alleged violations of Financial Fair Play (FFP). As confirmed by Juventus club in its latest financial report, UEFA initiated an investigation on September 18 regarding the possibility that the club may have exceeded the €30 million deficit limit for the 2022-2025 three-year assessment period. Currently, Juventus is under close observation by UEFA. The investigation results are expected to be announced in the spring of 2026, at which time the club’s current and future financial projections will be comprehensively assessed. Juventus stated in its financial report that potential penalties could include a fine, “which is not expected to be significant in amount,” and some sporting restrictions, such as limitations on registering new players for European competition lists. It is worth mentioning that this is not the first time Juventus has faced such an investigation. Between December 2022 and July 2023, Juventus was fined €10 million by UEFA for violating relevant regulations. I wonder what the fans think about this?
