[Saba Sports News] Before entering the 2026 season, Lewis Hamilton once again made significant adjustments to his core team. Reports indicate that the seven-time world champion, currently with Ferrari, has parted ways with his agent Mark Hines, who is set to join the Cadillac F1 team to begin a new phase in his career. Hamilton’s split with Hines, amid a disappointing performance in the 2025 season, is not surprising.
Notably, Hines has long had connections with the Cadillac F1 team. He is also part of Zhou Guanyu’s management team, and Zhou has been signed by the Cadillac team as a reserve driver for the 2026 season. Additionally, Cadillac team principal Graeme Lowdon is a key member of Zhou’s management team, providing a natural link for Hines’s transfer.
In fact, Hamilton hinted at the end of last season that he would conduct a comprehensive review of his personal and team structure during the winter break. He stated that a serious reflection on the past year’s gains and losses is necessary, not just at the team level, but also involving his personal team off the track, with the aim of improving details like time management and travel efficiency.
