[Saba Sports News] Lebron James has announced on Twitter and Instagram that he is taking a break from social media. He first shared a screenshot from Kevin Durant’s business partner Rich Kleiman, in which Kleiman expressed his confusion over the current spread of negative information in sports coverage and called for people to focus on the unity of sports rather than negativity.

James later tweeted: “Take a break from social media and take care of yourselves.”
The Lakers’ No. 17 pick, Dalton Knecht, had a strong game, hitting nine 3-pointers and scoring 37 points. After the game, James mentioned that he was watching Knecht’s college games when some people on the Internet criticized him as a “liar.”
James, who turns 40 at the end of next month and is the oldest active player with four MVPS, four championships and three Olympic gold MEDALS, has been on a roll for the Lakers, who have won six straight games and are in third place in the Western Conference with a 10-4 record.
