(sabasports report)Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Manchester United’s Donny van de Beek has completed a deal to move to Girona in La Liga. Romano said: “The deal between Girona and Manchester United has been agreed for Van der Beek’s permanent transfer for a fixed fee of €500,000 plus a number of variable terms. An easy bonus could raise the fee to €4 million to €5 million, while more difficult terms could reach €15 million.” Van der Beek is signed until 2028 and United will also receive a second transfer share.

Although United and Girona have yet to make an official announcement, van der Beek, who joined United four years ago for 39 million euros, has officially announced his farewell to the club. He wrote in an open letter: “Dear Manchester United family, today has been a memorable day and my adventure with the club has come to an end. I would like to thank you all for your support over the years. From the moment I arrived at Manchester United, we have felt a warm welcome, thank you very much. Thank you to everyone at the club for making us feel at home. Apart from football, both of my children were born here, which will always make Manchester a special place in our hearts.Good luck to everyone, and we’ll see you again.
