Going to the death row, Rain or Shine Elasto Painters and Magnolia Hotshots will face off in a strong duel at the Janares Sports Centre in Antipolo for the right to go on, with the losing side eliminated. The game will start at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
The winner will win the best-of-five series and earn a spot against defending champion TNT Tropang Giga in the PBA Governors Cup Final Four.
The battle to the death will be the end of a fierce encounter between two powerful teams. Rain or Shine had wins in Games 1 (109-105) and 3 (111-106), while Magnolia came back strong in Games 2 (121-69) and 4 (129-100).
Both teams saw the decider as a test of their players’ willpower and ability to withstand pressure.
