Tolentino was the leading scorer among native players with a career-high 51 points in North Port’s 135-109 win over Convigi, averaging 23.7 points per game. He is shooting 59 percent from the field, 34.78 percent from three-point range and 20 percent from four-point range.
Fajardo, the eight-time MVP, is next with 21.3 points per game and is the only Filipino native to average a double-double with 15 rebounds.
Other home-grown players who scored well were SMB’s CJ Perez (20.5), Boric (20.4) and Japace Aguilar (19.5).
