[Saba Sports News] According to British media reports, former Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is still living a lavish life in exile. Following sanctions imposed on him by the EU and the UK government in 2022, he is currently traveling around the world, with Turkey being one of his stops. However, Abramovich continues to enjoy a very affluent lifestyle. At one of the best Turkish restaurants along the Bosporus Strait, he leaves tips for the chef that are jaw-dropping, as if he still lives in London. Chef Artesin from Istanbul revealed that last summer, he went to Abramovich’s villa to provide barbecue service and received a $10,000 bonus. Artesin excitedly said, “I love Abramovich so much. He particularly enjoys lamb and grilled lamb skewers, and every summer I cook on his private yacht.” Reportedly, for most of the past three years, Abramovich has docked two super yachts and a supply ship in Turkish waters, with the most valuable being the £500 million “Eclipse,” which resembles a luxurious palace moored on the water. Recently, they arrived at the Turkish port city of Marmaris, known for its extensive coastline lined with many attractive beach restaurants, fast food outlets, and nightclubs.
