[Saba Sports News] Recently, Paris Saint-Germain officially announced a contract extension with Achraf Hakimi until 2029. According to French media reports, this extension has increased Achraf’s net annual salary to €14 million. The report states that Achraf’s original contract with Paris Saint-Germain was set to expire in the summer of 2026, with a net annual salary of €10 million. This extension has significantly raised Achraf’s salary to a net of €14 million (approximately €28 million before tax), making him the highest-paid right-back in the world. It is reported that the extension agreement was reached months ago. After Daniel Carvajal injury, Real Madrid inquired about Achraf’s situation, but PSG informed them that they had already renewed his contract. Notably, Achraf’s finances are managed by his mother; he has stated in interviews: “Since I started making money as a kid, my mother has taken care of everything. When I didn’t know how to manage my finances, she helped me make the right choices. My money is her money; I trust her completely.”
