Sports News] According to Spanish media reports, Dani Alves’ mother, Lucia
Alves, is under investigation for allegedly exposing the rape victim’s
identity. Dani Alves had previously been sentenced to four and a half years in
prison and various penalties for rape, and now his mother is also facing
scrutiny. On December 30 of the previous year, Lucia posted a video on social
media that revealed the identity of the person who was assaulted by Alves.
Although Lucia deleted the content before Alves’ trial began, she is now being
investigated for her actions. The video that Lucia posted included music,
comments, and several photos of the victim and their family. These photos were
reportedly obtained from the victim’s social media accounts, and some of them
even included images from when the victim was a minor. Lucia’s intention in
posting the video was to question the psychological damage suffered by the
victim as a result of the assault. However, exposing the victim’s identity is a
violation of the law.
