[Saba Sports News] According to media reports from GPFANS, Finnish F1 driver Valtteri Bottas has confirmed his participation in next year’s ROC World Championship. Former F1 world champions Sebastian Vettel and Mick Schumacher will also team up to represent Germany in the ROC Nations Cup. Previously, Vettel teamed up with Mick’s father Michael Schumacher to secure six consecutive victories for Germany in the ROC Nations Cup from 2007 to 2012. The ROC, also known as the “Champion of Champions,” is an annual highlight and year-end celebration in the world of professional racing and has always been one of the most anticipated events by racing fans globally, akin to a “martial arts conference” in the racing world. Next year’s ROC will take place on March 7-8 in Sydney, Australia, featuring some of the world’s top drivers from F1, WRC, IndyCar, NASCAR, touring cars, and motorcycle racing. They will compete in identical cars, relying on driver skills and strategies rather than vehicle modifications for an advantage.
