[Saba Sports News] Despite skepticism surrounding Bronny James as an NBA prospect, the 19-year-old is generating interest ahead of the draft.
According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, James is scheduled to work out with the Phoenix Suns. Although invited to workouts with more than 10 teams, Bronny plans to visit only a few.
The Suns hold the 22nd overall pick, but many analysts doubt James will be drafted, especially in the first round. Teams interested in Bronny might hope to lure LeBron James, who has a player option with the Lakers next season.
Phoenix already boasts stars Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal but may consider a big trade this summer. While Bronny has been linked to several Western Conference teams, the Lakers remain the most likely destination, though LeBron might not strongly push for it.
