[Saba Sports News] According to recent reports from Argentine media, the Buenos Aires circuit in Argentina is expected to host an F1 Grand Prix again in 2027. It is reported that Argentina’s Minister of Tourism, Environment, and Sports will meet with F1 CEO Stefano Domenicali in early November. Officials from Argentina have stated that comprehensive upgrades will be made to the Buenos Aires circuit, including adding eight garages, improving grandstands, widening the track, and installing safety barriers, among other measures, which has generated great anticipation. Argentina has a long and rich history with F1; however, this circuit has experienced multiple accidents over the years. From 1953 to 1998, F1 races were held intermittently in Buenos Aires, with many changes occurring on the circuit itself. This return to F1 will have significant impacts in various aspects; the upgrades will enhance safety and excitement during races, while Argentina’s rich F1 history adds depth to the circuit’s return.
