Sports News] During a recent interview with the media, Real Madrid star Daniel
Carvajal discussed the decision of his national team teammate, Spanish star
Vega, to leave La Liga’s Celta Vigo and join Saudi Arabian club Jeddah
National. Carvajal expressed his understanding of Vega’s choice to play
football in Jeddah. He acknowledged that the contract offered by Jeddah
National was significantly more lucrative than Vega’s current salary contract.
Carvajal recognised
that players have various factors to consider, and ultimately, economics play a
significant role. Vega, a talented Spanish midfielder at just 21 years old, had
his contract with Celta Vigo set to expire in 2026. In the previous season,
Vega showcased impressive performance, appearing in 40 games for Celta Vigo,
scoring 11 goals, and providing four assists.
