[Saba Sports News] Following the Miami Grand Prix, Charles Leclerc has officially taken delivery of his new Riva superyacht, a bespoke luxury vessel valued at as much as 20 million US dollars. On May 7, Leclerc, accompanied by his girlfriend Alexandra Saint Mleux, attended a private delivery ceremony in La Spezia to mark the official launching of this custom-built yacht. Following maritime tradition, Alexandra smashed a champagne bottle against the bow.
According to specifications, the Riva 102’ Superyacht is powered by twin MTU engines producing 2,638 horsepower each, with a top speed of 28 knots and a cruising speed of 24 knots. It is also fitted with a state-of-the-art stabilisation system. The yacht features sleek, sharp exterior lines filled with exclusive bespoke details. The interior living areas are fully furnished with custom Poltrona Frau furniture, Ferretti luxury textiles and Christofle high-end tableware, with even the door handles made to a unique custom design.
The master suite is decorated with rare Calacatta Gold marble and equipped with a premium Bang & Olufsen audio‑visual system. The outdoor flybridge is fitted with a custom outdoor kitchen, complete with a large barbecue grill, induction cooker and ice maker. The yacht also boasts a 35-square-metre beach club platform that allows direct access to the water for leisure activities.
In the editor’s opinion, Charles Leclerc’s acquisition of the luxury superyacht offers a full display of his personal wealth, refined taste and brand connections. It also forms an intriguing contrast with his dramatic fortunes on the track recently, painting a complete portrait of the elite F1 driver’s life both on and off the circuit.
