[Saba Sports News] According to Spanish media, Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois has entered the real estate market. He sold a luxury villa in Las Rozas for 4.5 million euros. The house is a three-story residence with a total construction area of 875 square meters and a total land area of 2,500 square meters. According to reports, another top footballer bought the property, but the identity of the buyer has not been disclosed. However, after selling the property, Courtois and his family did not leave Las Rozas but instead bought a new home. It is said that the new house has a construction area of 6,000 square meters and a total land area of 15,000 square meters. In addition to these two properties, Courtois also spent 6 million euros to buy a property in Somosaguas that previously belonged to singer Miguel Bosé. Moreover, Courtois has shown interest in e-sports. In June 2020, Courtois became a minority shareholder in the Catalan club Dux Gaming. He invested in the club after its financing round in October 2019, and the club aims to find strategic partners to elevate the project to a new level.
