[Saba Sports News] Dillon Brooks is usually known for his antics on the court — but now he’s facing serious drama off of it.
The new Phoenix Suns swingman has filed for a restraining order against his ex-girlfriend Heather Andrews, according to TMZ.
In the filing submitted this week in Los Angeles, Brooks accuses Andrews of destroying his property, hacking into his social media accounts, threatening his mother, and even once vowing to cut off his fingers “one by one.”
Brooks and Andrews share two children, ages 5 and 2. Brooks claims they met in 2018 at a Las Vegas nightclub and that the alleged harassment began after Andrews became pregnant with their first child.
He also says Andrews has sent him frequent abusive messages and once vandalized his Memphis home in 2022, scrawling “You suck b—h” on his fireplace mantel.
This comes after Andrews previously filed for her own restraining order against Brooks last year, alleging harassment and threats. A judge is set to hear both sides in late July.
The 29-year-old Brooks, who entered the league in 2017, was recently traded to Phoenix as part of the Kevin Durant deal with Houston. He’s currently in the second year of a four-year, $86 million contract and averaged 14.0 points and 3.7 rebounds per game last season.
While Brooks is often in the spotlight for his polarizing on-court behavior, this latest situation marks a far more personal and troubling headline.
