Sports News] According to British media reports, the former Manchester United
manager Alex Ferguson has been trying to sell his Cheshire mansion for three
months without success. As a result, the price of the property has been reduced
to £3.25 million. Initially, the mansion was listed for sale at £3.5 million,
but it failed to find a buyer. After three months on the market, the price was
reduced by £250,000 to its current listing price of £3.25 million. Estate
agents have described the property as “extremely spacious” and
located in one of Cheshire’s desirable areas. The mansion features an
impressive reception area with a circular staircase and a large chandelier.
Other notable features include a games room, a snooker table, and
well-manicured lawns. It comprises five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and an
open-plan kitchen. Reports indicate that Ferguson has moved to another property
in Cheshire to be closer to his children and grandchildren. He reportedly
purchased the new house for £1.2 million.
