[Saba Sports News] According to recent reports from foreign media, FIFA has high hopes for the new Club World Cup, planning to earn over $2 billion from it. It is said that the prize money mechanism for participating teams is very generous, which undoubtedly provides significant attraction for the clubs involved. FIFA has invested about €2.5 billion in prize money for the new Club World Cup, of which €2 billion will be allocated to the 32 participating teams, meaning each team will receive at least €50 million, with high-performing teams eligible for even more. Additionally, there are many more sponsors contracted than before; FIFA has confirmed its first batch of partners and will soon announce more plans for cooperation. Negotiations with Adidas and Coca-Cola are also ongoing, as both brands have signed agreements with FIFA until 2030 to sponsor various events, clearly aimed at enhancing the overall value of the Club World Cup. Moreover, broadcasting rights have yet to be determined, and if this revenue is added, the earnings will reach new heights.
